An Introduction to Our Investment Opportunities in Portugal

Majestic Group Investments have recently expanded their investment opportunities to Portugal. During the second half of 2006, weve undertaken considerable market research to support the launch of three new developments on the Algarve. The Algarve is the premier tourist location in Portugal and reports a big increase in registered residents over the last ten years.

With Faro airport being centrally located, all of our developments will be no further then 35 minutes from the airport, which is serviced by all major European and low cost airlines. Two of the developments will also offer access to all major lifestyle amenities; including restaurants, spa facilities, tennis courts, an on-site commercial centre and even property rental and management services.

The third development is a longer term project. This development will take the form of a self-contained retirement village, offering a reassuring warden controlled environment and an on-site hospital. A canal system with the possibility of owning a private mooring is planned, with walking trails and flood lit tennis courts also on offer. All of our urbanizations will also provide high security, with round the clock site patrols and independent alarm systems.
