Historically, our focus has been on the investment opportunities related to residential property construction and development. However, we realise the importance of continuing to evolve the product offerings that we bring to our clients.

In the very near future, related diversification will involve commercial development, as well as market expansion to other geographic areas including Portugal, Moscow and the USA.

Unrelated diversification will include the introduction of investment vehicles for fossil fuel projects, which are predicted to offer highly profitable returns. Additionally, working with associates such as Integer Credit, an independently-owned investment banking corporation in Zurich, will enable us to expand our ability to provide low cost finance to investors, through a unique Hipoteque facility.
